Scope of Service Experience
He is Managing Director of H & R Retail, where he focuses on tenant representation, project leasing, and land acquisitions for third-party clients and retailers. Ben is also President of Southside Investment Partners, and is primarily responsible for overseeing the development, real estate services, and capital markets functions of the Company. He has nearly 15 years of real estate experience in acquiring, developing, financing, leasing, and managing projects, and has completed over $750 million in transactions in his career.

Background and Experience
Prior to relocating to Baltimore to join H & R Retail and start-up Southside Investment Partners, Ben was previously responsible for new store development in the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern regions for Target Corporation, where he oversaw market strategy, land acquisition, land development, and construction. Before Target, he worked in the Real Estate and Retail practices at Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. Ben started his real estate career at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (now part of Morgan Stanley), where he focused on the acquisition, financing, development and asset management of Lend Lease's retail and office portfolios.
