Scope of Service Experience
Brendan joined H&R Retail in 2007 and will join H&R’s expanding Project Leasing/Landlord Representation team. His primary focus will be the leasing of new and existing shopping centers.

Background and Experience
Brendan started his real estate career in 2005 when he began as an Associate at National Real Estate Brokerage. Responsibilities involved research, landlord and tenant representation as well as sales and leasing. Prior to NREB Brendan worked in the restaurant industry in a number of capacities including Manager for Morton’s of Chicago.
