Brendan joined H & R Retail in 2007 and is primarily involved in Landlord Representation. He represents such notable clients as Regency Centers, Giant Food and Core Development. In 2009 Brendan’s year was highlighted by completing 6 transactions at The Shops at Stonewall. Brendan also represents notable tenants Gymboree Play & Music, Fitness Collective and Fruit Flowers.

Background and Experience
Brendan started his real estate career in 2005 as an Associate at National Real Estate Brokerage. Prior to NREB, Brendan worked in the restaurant industry at Morton’s of Chicago and The Capital Grille.
