Scope of Service Experience
Brian joined H & R Retail in 2007 and specialized in tenant and landlord representation. In 2009, he completed 27 Verizon Wireless transactions in DC, Virginia and Maryland. He works with Faison in leasing Brandywine Crossing, the regional center in Southern Maryland. He leases two area malls; Security Square in Baltimore and Iverson Mall in Temple Hills. He works with several retailers currently looking for space, including: Verizon Wireless, Massage Heights, Mattress Outlet, and Butler’s Chocolates.

Background and Experience
Brian was the V.P. of Sales and Real Estate of a retail/manufacturing company for over 10 years. He has extensive retail and managerial experience as well as tenant representation experience. Upon graduation from Northern Iowa, Brian played 2 years in the Arena Football League.
