Brian joined H & R Retail in 2007 and specializes in tenant and landlord representation.
Since 2009, he has completed over 60 Verizon Wireless agent transactions in DC, Virginia and Maryland.
Since 2008, Brian has completed over 160 transactions.
He works with Faison in leasing Brandywine Crossing, the regional center in Southern Maryland.
He leases two area malls: Security Square in Baltimore and Iverson Mall in Temple Hills.
Tenant Representation active client list: Verizon Wireless corporate and agents, Bang Bang Mongolian Grill and Spirit Halloween.

Background and Experience
Brian was the V.P. of Sales and Real Estate of a retail/manufacturing company for over 10 years. He has extensive retail and managerial experience as well as tenant representation experience. Upon graduation from Northern Iowa, Brian played 2 years in the Arena Football League.
