David is the President of H & R Retail, the largest retail-only real estate brokerage firm in the greater Washington, DC - Baltimore region.

For the last 20 years, he has consistently been one of the leading retail brokers whose extensive experience in shopping center leasing and tenant representation, land acquisition and land development, has him successfully completing over 650 retail transactions including the development and redevelopment of numerous shopping centers.

In his capacity as President of H & R Retail, David is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. He is sought after and frequently quoted as an industry expert by national and regional publications.
