H&R RETAIL ANNOUNCES HIRING OF THREE ASSOCIATES
H&R Retail (www.hrretail.com), a Washington/Baltimore based retail real estate services firm, announced it recently hired three associates.
- Brendan Clark will be working with the landlord representation and project leasing group in the Bethesda office. Brendan will focus on new and existing shopping centers. Previously he was an associate with National Real Estate Brokerage. Brendan holds a BS degree from the University of South Carolina.
- Brian Mitchell will be located in the Bethesda office and specialize in tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Mitchell previously served as the VP of Sales and Real estate with Great American Bunkbed Company. After graduating from college, Brian played for two seasons in the Arena Football League. He holds a BA degree from Northern Iowa and an MBA from American Public University.
- Glen Neubauer will be working in the firm’s Baltimore office and focus on landlord and tenant representation. Glen has been working in the shopping center industry since 2006. He holds a BS degree from Towson University and is currently pursuing his JD at the University of Baltimore.
H&R RETAIL HANDLES LEASE TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING ROOMSTORE AND GOLF GALAXY FOR NEW MARYLAND LOCATIONS

RoomStore leased 28,000 square feet at Crosspoint Shopping Center on Cole Road in Hagerstown. The landlord is Hekbel, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler, David Ward, Marc Katz, and Richard Rotner with H&R Retail represented RoomStore in the transaction.

H&R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently represented Ross Dress for Less in a lease transaction for a new location at Free State Mall on Route 450 (Annapolis Road) in Bowie.

H&R Retail has provided site acquisition and tenant leasing services for numerous additional Ross Dress for Less locations in the Washington/Baltimore area.
