Moran Foods Inc./Save A Lot has executed a lease agreement with Giant Food of Maryland for a 19,150 square foot store located at 116 Stemmers Run Road, Essex, MD. H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently represented LA FITNESS in a 47,380 square foot lease for a new location at Smoketown Station, Prince William Parkway and Worth Avenue, Woodbridge, VA.
This is the fourth LA Fitness facility to open in the Washington region for which H & R Retail has provided site acquisition and tenant leasing services. LA Fitness currently has three additional clubs under construction in the region.

The Oekos Group of Companies (“Oekos”), represented by H&R Retail, purchased the newly developed center from Faison for $28,500,000. H&R Retail (www.hrretail.com), a Washington/Baltimore based retail real estate services firm, announced it recently hired three associates.
- Brendan Clark will be working with the landlord representation and project leasing group in the Bethesda office. Brendan will focus on new and existing shopping centers. Previously he was an associate with National Real Estate Brokerage. Brendan holds a BS degree from the University of South Carolina.
- Brian Mitchell will be located in the Bethesda office and specialize in tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Mitchell previously served as the VP of Sales and Real estate with Great American Bunkbed Company. After graduating from college, Brian played for two seasons in the Arena Football League.
