He has developed strong relationships with retailers, landlords and with the brokerage community. Jim has worked with individual owners, large private companies, pension fund advisors and REITS. Along with other H & R Retail agents, a former K Mart was leased to Ross for Less, Michael’s and Modell’s Sporting Goods. Other notable deals included Staples, Red Lobster and Chipotle. The efforts of the team repositioned Laurel Lakes Centre as the dominant center in the area.
