Paul joined H & R Retail in September 2009 and assists in leasing and managing a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of retail space throughout the greater Baltimore – Washington, DC market.

Background and Experience
Paul joined H & R Retail in September 2009 as a Leasing Associate after working as an Acquisition Analyst for Southside Investment Partners, LLC since January 2008. In his role as Acquisition Analyst, Paul was responsible for identifying real property for the purposes of acquiring and developing land for retail commercial use. Prior to joining Southside Investment Partners, Paul worked as a Production Supervisor for Ryan Homes from 2005-2007.
