LARGO, MARYLAND — H&R Retail, a Washington-Baltimore based retail real estate brokerage firm, in partnership with Woodmark Commercial Real Estate and Colliers Pinkard, announced it recently brokered the sale of Largo Town Center, a 251,000-square-foot shopping center located at Landover Road and Central Avenue in Largo, MD for $30,500,000.

The purchaser of the center was Inland Real Estate; the seller was Largo-Spring Hill LP. Walker & Dunlop represented the buyer.

Largo Town Center is anchored by Shoppers Food Warehouse, Marshalls, and Regency Furniture, and was 98 percent leased at the time of sale.
