H&R Retail Represents Party City in Lease Transaction

H&R Retail, a Washington/Baltimore-based retail real estate services company, announced the recent opening of Party City at Dobbin Station on Old Dobbin Road in Columbia, MD. H&R Retail brokered the lease for the 10,912-square-foot Party City store. The Dobbin Station center is owned by Abrams Development.

Susan Anderson with H&R Retail represented Party City in the lease transaction; and Andy Feldman with KLNB represented Abrams Development.

Party City is a specialty retailer of discount party supplies, operating a network of 249 company-owned and approximately 255 franchise locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Columbia, MD store is its newest addition. Party City is publicly traded on the NASDAQ exchange under the symbol: PCTY.
