HYATTSVILLE, MD --- H&R Retail, a retail real estate services company, announced it recently brokered a major lease on behalf of Ross Dress for Less for 30,000 square feet at Prince George’s Plaza. The shopping center is located at East-West Highway and Belcrest Road in Hyattsville.

Marc Katz, Scott Yurow, and Larry Hoffman with H&R Retail represented the Ross Dress for Less in the transaction. A 2007 opening is slated for the new Ross Dress for Less.
