• Shoppers Food Warehouse leased 67,804 square feet at the Centre at Laurel, Route 1 and Contee Road, Laurel, MD from Petrie Ventures. Marc Katz, Richard Rotner, and David Ward with H&R Retail represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction.



• Staples leased 19,570 square feet at the Penn Mar Shopping Center, Donnell Dr. and Pennsylvania Drive, Forestville, MD from Rappaport Companies. Marc Katz, Richard Rotner, and David Ward with H&R Retail represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction.



• Aldi leased 17,600 square feet at Liberty Court Shopping Center, 8606 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD from DDS Liberty Road Realty. Geoff Mackler and Richard Rotner with H&R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Les Sax with Sax Realty.
