H&R RETAIL ANNOUNCES RECENT RETAIL LEASE TRANSACTIONS TOTALING 42,527 SQUARE FEET
H&R Retail, a Washington/Baltimore-based retail real estate services company, announced recent sales and lease transactions totaling 42,527 feet:
- Galaxy Restaurant leased 11,766 square feet at City Place, Colesville Rd. and Fenton St., Silver Spring, MD from City Pace LP. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail represented the landlord and John Mitchell with JBG Rosenfeld represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Dollar Buys leased 8,515 square feet at Westview Center, Baltimore National Pike and 1-695, Baltimore, MD from Peterson Companies. Susan Anderson and Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the landlord and Edward Goldmeier with Corridor RF&S represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Red Lobster leased 6,000 square feet at Laurel Lakes Centre, Rt. 1 and Mulberry St., Laurel, MD from Laurel Lakes LLC. David Ward and Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the landlord and Les Sax with Sax Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.
