• Dress Barn leased 8,910 square feet at Bull Run Plaza, Sudley Road and Route 234, Manassas, VA from Charter Realty & Development Corp. Susan Anderson with H&R Retail represented the tenant and Dan Zelson with Charter Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.



• Maytag Store leased 4,200 square feet at Yorkridge Shopping Center, MD from Cecelia Schwaber Trust. Susan Anderson and Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the landlord and Neil Tucker with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.



• Mattress Discounters leased 4,000 square feet at Stafford Marketplace, Route 610 and I-95, Stafford, VA from Pence Friedel Developers, Inc. Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the landlord and David Carples with Site Works represented the tenant in the transaction.



• Ablaze leased 3,346 square feet at Senator Square Shopping Center, Minnesota Ave. and Benning Road, NE, Washington, D.C. from Delbe Real Estate. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
