As Chairman, he has been instrumental in growing the company into the premier and largest retail-only real estate brokerage firm in the greater Washington, DC - Baltimore region. Dick is responsible for syndication, development and leasing of shopping centers for 20 limited partnerships and tenant representation. Dick has personally developed over 2 million square feet of retail real estate in this region. He is also the President of Maryland Financial Investors, Inc., a property management company which manages the day-to-day operations and management of commercial properties. Dick is a Principal of Southside LLC, a new retail real estate development company, founded in 2006 and specializing in the development of shopping centers.
