Scope of Service Experience Sean joined H & R Retail in 2000 and manages a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of retail space throughout the greater Baltimore – Washington, DC market.
Education B.A., Philosophy/Political Science, Towson University, Honors Degree
Background and Experience Sean began working with H & R Retail during his senior year at Towson University and, upon graduating, began working full time as a leasing agent. Sean began working with Maryland Financial Investors, Inc. in 2001 and by 2004 was named its Director of Leasing. Sean was responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of a portfolio encompassing more than 4 million square feet throughout the greater Baltimore-Washington, DC metropolitan market. Beyond leasing, Sean also has experience in developing ground up projects, redevelopment of existing projects and myriad refinancings and facade renovations. Sean recently relocated to the DC office and is transitioning out of his role with MFI, Inc. in an effort to broaden his services to other clients.
